Stylish Fashion Bus

the sight of a London routemaster in the middle of fashionable Palermo was slightly surprising.  from the rear platform the re-upholstered damask seats and small delicate chandeliers hanging from the ceiling are an inspiration.  fashion brand Allô Martinez used the bus to promote their spring summer collection, and still bears their marketing on the side.

however I am inclined to think that the bus would provide the perfect venue for a stylish soirée.  perhaps a hen/bachelorette party?

The Bridge at Pueyrredon and Alcorta

the underside of a pedestrian footbridge is painted in brightly coloured rainbow stripes just outside the University of Buenos Aires, Law School.

Fundacion Proa

proa is a beautiful gallery, with some very strange installations and artworks.  the cafe and book shop are both well worth visiting and the design of the museum itself, in the heart of colourful el caminito, is stylishly executed.

Galerias Pacifico

reminiscent of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, this is a shopping centre with masses of class. with frescos on the ceiling and windows four floors tall, this is somewhere where the high end designers feel right at home.

tegui restaurant has got to be visited.  although I did not eat there, the street art commission on the outside wall is a must to see.  Cabaio Stencil produced this retrospective of all of his previous stencils for the restaurant.
